A floor plan of your client's home makes it easy for potential buyers to visualize the space. Whether they are actively touring the property or looking at the plan online, they'll have a great sense of the flow of the home and be able to see room dimensions* ahead of time.
Similar to a Matterport 3D walkthrough tour, a floor plan provides essential context that photographs usually cannot provide. They show you where the primary suite is located in the house.
This service provides a full floor plan of the entire property. Every room on every floor is mapped, and measurements of each room are included.
For a bit of extra pizazz, consider a 3D floor plan. Like our 2D plans, all room dimensions are included, but the plan is rendered in three beautiful dimensions, complete with furniture, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and even cars in the garage. A 2D version is also included with 3D plans.
You will be provided with an image of the floorplan which can be uploaded along with all of the photographs to the MLS. A PDF version for emailing to agents and potential buyers is available, at no extra cost, upon request.
